  • Contest begins November 2, 2009 12:00:01 am PST and ends November 30, 2009 11:59:59 pm PST or sooner at the discretion of JCEarrings.com ("Sponsor").
  • Prize/Odds of Winning: Each Instant Prize consists of One (1) piece of Jody Coyote jewelry (Approximate Retail Value up to $31.92) OR One (1) $25.00 Target Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value $25.00) OR One (1) $25.00 Jamba Juice Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value $25.00) OR One (1) $50.00 Bloomingdales Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value $50.00) to be awarded each day to the first person who locates the Instant Prize on the JCEarrings.com website. Odds of winning depend on the number of people participating each day.
  • Instant Prizes will appear on the site at randomly-chosen times.
  • How to Play: Instant Prizes will appear as store items but will be designated with no price. THE INSTANT PRIZE FOR THE DAY WILL NOT HAVE A PRICE -- THAT'S HOW YOU KNOW YOU'VE FOUND IT. To win you must find the Instant Prize, place it in your shopping cart and complete checkout successfully. No credit card or payment is required.
  • Determination of Daily Prize Winners: The Daily Instant Prize Winner is the first person to locate the Instant Prize, place it in their shopping cart and complete the checkout process successfully ("Validation Process"). At that point, an Order Confirmation page will appear. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY GAME PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED (BY SPONSOR IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION) A DEFECTIVE PLAY AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.
  • This contest may be ended at any time at the discretion of the Sponsor. In the event of modification, termination or suspension of the Instant Prize Giveaway, notice will be posted at the Sponsor's website.
  • Contest is open to permanent legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
  • Employees of JCEarrings.com and their families are not eligible to win Instant Prizes.
  • Instant Prize winners must be 18 years of age or older at the date of entry.
  • Only one Instant Prize per person, email address, physical address or household in the JCEarrings.com Harvest Time Giveaway. Multiple winnings in the JCEarrings.com Harvest Time Giveaway will be invalidated. Winners from previous contests are welcome to enter.
  • Unclaimed Instant Prizes will not be awarded. If the daily Instant Prize is unclaimed by 11:59:59 pm PST, there will be no winner for that day.
  • In the event of an Instant Prize being out-of-stock, a substitute Instant Prize of equal value will be awarded.
  • Any personal information supplied by participants to Sponsor will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at http://www.jcearrings.com/privacypolicy.html.
  • Any Instant Prize winner’s acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use winner’s abbreviated name and state of residence for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media whether now known or hereinafter developed (including posting on Web Site), in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation.
